Mobility Manager

NDMJ Ltd. Transportation was the first public transportation provider in the East Texas area to offer Mobility Management Services to their passengers.  Mobility Management Services include, but are not limited to:

1. Complimentary, personalized trip planning services to all program qualified passengers.
2. One-on-one transportation needs assessment for visitors and program applicants.
3. Information and referral services about available public transportation options.
4. Assisting passengers in navigation across multiple transit provider services.
5. Conduct public outreach and education for area health and human service agencies.
6. Assistance with veteran’s special transportation needs.
